MULTI-FORMAT AMERICAN CASE FORMING ROBOT
Description
Our automated forming station handles flat cartons (including UN Type 4G certified) directly from a pallet. The robot grips, unfolds, and forms the boxes before automatically closing them.

A modular workstation compatible with standard and certified cardboard boxes
Our robotic forming station is designed to automatically process flat American cartons, including UN Type 4G approved cartons. Whether standard formats or custom variants, our solution adapts to your dimensions thanks to its modular architecture.
Precise and intelligent kinematics
The robot picks up each pre-assembled flat part on the pallet, unfolds the sides from the pre-folded grooves, then presents the open box to an automatic taping machine. The robot positioning is adjusted dynamically using an associated vision system.
Integration into a complete line
This station is easily integrated into a complete packaging line allowing subsequent automatic insertion of products, closing, double labeling, control and palletization at the end of the line by a collaborative robot or not.
