Liftop - Telescopic conveyor for loading goods (PARCELIFT)

Developed specifically for use in confined spaces with low headroom, the ParceLift conveyor has been designed to solve ergonomic and productivity issues when loading or unloading goods (up to 40 kg) into trailers and containers. It facilitates work and significantly reduces the risk of micro-trauma linked to the stresses of repeated manual lifting. Types of goods: parcels, boxes, bags, food, luggage, metal sheets, etc. Operation: Easy to use, it requires only a short training. The lift automatically adjusts to fit inside containers and trailers of different sizes and shapes. It can be fully integrated with Caljan BeltTrack telescopic arm conveyors. To ensure maximum performance, this system is engineered with low weight/high strength materials such as carbon fiber composites and aluminum. Installation: The ParceLift system and its TP lifting tube are mounted on a telescopic conveyor which can either already be installed at your production site or can be obtained with the ParceLift pre-installed. Options & Accessories: The ParceLift system can be ordered with options such as lighting and air heater to improve the working environment inside the container. The accessories also include special control units with suction feet for lifting luggage and suction feet for parcels and other goods.
