ADF SYSTEMES
2010 RTR Truck and Wagon Active Grounding System
ADF systems, specialist in sealed electrical equipment and for explosive atmospheres, is pleased to announce the launch of the: RTR 2010 active earthing system The electrostatic risk is no longer a fatality. ADF Systèmes offers you the RTR 2010 system. This complies with ATEX directives for gas and dust risks in explosive atmospheres. It dissipates the static electricity present on your tank truck and prevents its accumulation during transfer operations of powders (Sugar, etc.) and/or liquids (Alcohol, Fuel, etc.). When the clamp comes into contact with the drum, an electronic card checks: - The capacity to ensure the presence of a truck - The correct connection of the main box to the electrical earth of the site (World Premiere of control between a box and the reference Earth) - The loop between the truck, the clamp, the cable and the main box. This loop must be less than 10 Ohms. The clamp used for this is made of stainless steel and equipped with tungsten carbide tips. Its very sharp tungsten carbide tips allow it to pass through the main residues in order to make contact with the metal wall of the truck. The integrity of this entire system is SIL 2 certified. In addition, its special Cen-StatTM spiral cable is highly resistant to frequent handling, corrosive atmospheres and chemical attacks. We invite you to discover these products on our website www.adf-systemes.fr
