OIL FOR COMPRESSORS - RENOLIN UNISYN OL

Compressed air has become a major form of energy and the reliability of its availability at all points in factories is essential to ensure the operation of the means of production. For this it is necessary that their compressors work perfectly between two revisions. The RENOLIN® UNISYN OL range of oils has been developed to meet these requirements and those of compressor manufacturers who tend to increase the service life between oil changes. During the operation of compressors, the lubricating oil is strongly stirred in the presence of air. As a result and at high compression temperatures, the oils are subject to strong oxidation which accelerates its aging. Faced with these constraints, the FUCHS Company has selected synthetic bases and specific additives to withstand these conditions and make it possible to extend the compressor drain intervals. In addition, to ensure optimal performance of the oil separator, oils for screw compressors must have significant deaeration properties and very low foaming power. On these points, RENOLIN® UNISYN OL are particularly effective and meet the requirements of DIN 51 506 VDL.
