OIL FOR SLIDERS - RENEP CGLP

RENEP CGLP is a high performance slideway oil developed for machine tools and with excellent demulsifying properties.

Slideway oils must provide a stable adhesive film, even in the presence of machining fluid, low power and high pressure. Proper lubrication eliminates vibrations and therefore ripples on component surfaces, caused by stick-slip.

RENEP CGLP was developed in collaboration with the Laboratory for Tribology of the University of Darmstadt and the Laboratory for Tribology and Slide Technology (SKC-Technik).
Carefully selected base oils and additives ensure low friction at lubrication points. Special attention during development was given to compatibility with machining fluids used on machine tools. Anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation additives are active at low temperature (working temperature = ambient temperature). Extreme pressure and anti-wear additives guarantee long equipment life and exceptional operating efficiency.
Selected additive combinations create layers that have low internal shear stress. In addition, substances with high surface polarity form a stable lubricating adhesive film. This reduces start-up friction, lowers initial consumption and optimizes the efficiency of machine tools.
