Description

This laser marking machine is used for the tire retreading industry to engrave all the characteristics of a tire that can measure from 640 mm to 1400 mm in diameter and can weigh from 20 kg to 100 kg.

The engraved DATAMATRIX codes can be read with a smartphone. This machine can be easily adapted for use on light vehicle tires or for civil engineering.

The tires are thus permanently marked using the DPM (Direct Part Marking) technique.

The Direct Part Marking codes are then read using readers with specific lighting and special DPM firmware that allows the content to be transcribed.

CIPAM offers the most efficient fixed and manual or mobile DPM readers on the market.

These systems are able to interface with existing information processing systems.
