TDR GROUPE
MATT EXOSKELETON TDR
How it works ?
The MATE consists of three main elements:
A textile interface: all the parts in direct contact with the user's body.
A mechanical shoulder chain: the parts that facilitate the user's free movement, such as sliding and rotating joints.
Torque generator boxes: they store and transform potential mechanical energy in order to create an adjustable assistance torque (seven levels).
The Mate:
Provides strength, control and balance as the exoskeleton relieves the worker of most of the load on the arms and pelvis.
Increases work quality and efficiency by providing constant motion assistance during repetitive manual tasks.

The MATE reproduces the dynamic movements of the shoulder while enveloping the body like a second skin.
Ergonomic design with axes of articulation parallel to the axes of the user's shoulders Easy to carry Compact structure Passive spring mechanism 2 sizes: S/M, L/XL 7 levels of assistance Lightness: 4 kg All parts in contact with the body are adjustable to the measurements of the user.
