MANUAL INCLINATION SYSTEM
This manually operated tipper offers an ergonomic solution for emptying the contents of an IBC. Using a quick-lift hydraulic hand pump, the operator simply activates a handle to tilt the IBC forward. The unit has a maximum forward tilt angle of 28°, which is more than necessary to guarantee complete emptying. Once decanted, the IBC can be lowered to an upright position using the control lever.

LAYOUT AND CONSTRUCTION OF FORKS
The forks of this device are both strong, robust and suitable for loads of up to 1000 kg. Suitable for open base IBCs, the forks are 540mm wide to fit standard 1000 liter IBC containers. Operators simply position the machine under the IBC, secure a strap around the container, then activate the handle to begin tilting it.

SECURING CONTAINERS / BUCKETS
The attachment method is simple, using a 50mm stainless steel ratchet and 50mm polyester strap. The strap is secured using the ratchet mechanism to ensure the IBC does not slip forward during settling. To remove the IBC, the operator releases the ratchet tension and removes the strap. The strap should not be too tight as it is only there to prevent the IBC from sliding forward.
