Robust design

The first hydraulic lifting table which in its standard version is designed for continuous operation 24 hours a day. They meet the most demanding requirements of the EN 1570-1 standard, those of category 5 in order to be able to perform at least 512,000 lifting cycles at full nominal load. This figure corresponds to 4 or 16 times more lifting cycles, respectively, than for conventional lift tables, category 1 or 3.

The HDL 2000 table easily adapts to the unique needs of each client. Its permanently lubricated bearings create the ideal conditions for uninterrupted, maintenance-free operation. Built with sturdy scissors it offers unparalleled stability in all directions.

The HDL 2000 lift table is designed with double flat steel scissors, an integrated hydraulic power pack and a minimum height of 200 mm, a lifting capacity of 2 tonnes and a stroke of 800 mm. Its modular construction of the lifting table makes its size easily adaptable for a tailor-made solution, unique to the customer.

A sustainable solution

For extreme intensity use, an external hydraulic unit with oil cooling is available as an option. With its lifespan tested to over half a million full rated load lifting cycles, the HDL 2000 lifting table is designed to work tirelessly, day and night.
