CB-22 belt conveyor
The diameter less than 22mm of the rollers and its refined curve allow an easy passage of product from one belt conveyor to the next. Thus, the passage without loss ensures perfect conveying quality . Conveyed products are also less likely to get stuck or lose forward speed.
THE ADVANTAGES OF THE CB-22 BELT CONVEYOR
Thanks to its central motorization with its belt tensioning system, the CB-22 guarantees a constant center distance and therefore precision conveying. The central drive allows you to alternate transport directions . The tension of the tape is done here in the drum group. Thus, the center distance of the conveyor always remains the same .
The CB-22 belt conveyor is therefore very interesting for precision conveying between two stations thanks to its refined curve.

Variable speeds from 20 to 120% by adding a dimmer.
The drive is IP-66 and can therefore be integrated outside the electrical cabinet and has a switch, a disconnector and a potentiometer on the front. The drive is supplied with single phase.
