CIFEC
The CIFEC hydroejector
Indispensable in a gaseous chlorine chlorination system, the CIFEC hydroejector is the device that generates suction by the venturi effect. The venturi is made up of a convergent/divergent which has the effect of accelerating the motive water when it crosses the body of the hydroejector. When the water meets the flow and pressure conditions, an air suction is observed and the chlorine gas is transported under vacuum, in complete safety, from the chlorine cylinder to the treatment point.
The second function of the hydro-ejector is to prevent the return of water from the water network to the chlorine network thanks to the non-return valve, the model of which is adapted to the backpressure at the injection point. Thus the range of hydro-ejectors is divided into 4 families:
-water ejectors with membrane valves: for counterpressures from 0 to 2 bars
- float jet ejectors: for counterpressures of 0.1 to 2 bars
-water ejectors with valves without membrane: for counterpressures from 2 to 9.5 bars
- high pressure jet ejectors: for back pressures from 9.6 to 20 bars
Made of special chlorine chloraflon, fitted with tantalum springs and non-return valves adapted to your treatment, CIFEC water ejectors are the only ones with a 5-year guarantee.
