Sanding cabin
Custom installation for suction and filtration of sanding dust and stone work. This installation is made up of 3 cabins divided by a central curtain into 6 half-cabins. Operation is possible in half-cab or full-cab.
This type of installation is suitable for any sanding or other work with dust emission. This allows the working of pieces of different shapes and sizes. Each installation is unique and adapted specifically to the needs and location.The start-up and the timed stop of the ventilation, by half-cabin, is done automatically, as soon as the operator uses his work tool, by detection of the consumption of current or compressed air. The ventilation, and the corresponding air compensation, are automatically adjusted to the number of workstations actually used. This mode of operation makes it possible to reduce energy consumption as accurately as possible. The dust after dry filtration by pneumatic unclogging cartridge filter is automatically discharged into skips provided for this purpose.
