INGENITEC offers you this rigid telescopic column with its specific pneumatic expansion gripper with tilting to handle reels of different sizes. It was designed at the request of one of our customers, specializing in the manufacture of PVC film, who wanted to effortlessly handle heavy rolls weighing up to 150 kg with vertical and horizontal pick-up and drop-off. over a long lifting stroke.

This equipment mainly consists of a rigid telescopic aluminum column , a specific pneumatic expansion gripper, 2 sets of interchangeable jaws for 2 different chuck sizes, a control handlebar at constant ergonomic height (patented by Ingenitec ), and allows manual rotation of the entire manipulator.

This tailor-made tool allows you to pick up, move and set down heavy coils using pneumatic clamping by the inside diameter of the load. In addition, the gripper allows pneumatic tilting of the reel without effort during the horizontal/vertical movement. The raise/lower control is very precise with its variable speed up to 10 meters / minutes.
