INGENITEC - Specific gripper with rotation for metal drums on stem

Thanks to its internal design office, INGENITEC has produced this specific clamping gripper which has a rotation system for pneumatic drums at 120° from the load to facilitate the operator's workstation. The gripper and its jib have been installed in an ATEX zone. It makes it possible to handle oil drums of 60 and 280 kg effortlessly with pick-up and deposit vertically and horizontally individually by pneumatic clamping.

This equipment mainly consists of 2 specific clamping jaws to handle 2 sizes of drums, an ergonomic control handle and a pneumatic chain hoist.

This tailor-made tool allows you to grip, rotate and deposit heavy drums using pneumatic mechanical clamping by the outside diameter of the load. This equipment is completely secure thanks to its deposit safety system preventing the load from being released during handling.

In addition, this specific gripper can be positioned on several types of structures such as on a bracket or on running rails .
