INETYX - AMW 300

The AMW300X is a metal 3D printer, which uses an innovative and unique process of printing by micro-welding wires of rectangular sections with simultaneous machining. The build volume fits within a 300mm cube. This system offers the manufacture of metal parts in multi-materials, ie two different materials in a single part.

This patented process makes it possible to obtain finished, precise, ready-to-use parts. Its operation is based alternately on the principle of laser micro-welding of rectangular wires and laser machining and/or milling. This unique principle makes it possible to manufacture finished complex parts.

This 3D printing system lets you choose the type of finish you want to obtain on each surface of the part to be manufactured, in order to best meet your needs.

This unique process uses metal wire and machining. Both the material format and the manufacturing principle considerably reduce the risk of exposure to micro or nano metallic particles. Compliance with HSE standards is simplified.
