Heat exchangers

Plastic plate heat exchangers for the heat treatment of corrosive liquids (strong acids and bases, ...) and waste heat recovery.

Each heat exchanger is made up of several thin machined plates in ISO flange format.

The materials used are: HDPE, PPH, PTFE, natural or filled to increase the thermal conductivity of the materials. The hydraulic circuit can be single or multi-pass.

Each heat exchanger can be completely disassembled.

Possibility of assembling several exchangers in series / parallel in a skid to constitute a more powerful heat treatment unit, at a higher flow rate.

The anti-corrosion heat exchangers can be supplied as it or with manual and motorized valves, with probes, with regulation or in a complete skid with automation.

Tailormade sizing according to the application.
