Three-phase industrial dust vacuum cleaner DG70EXPELF - Pharaon

The DG70EXPELF is an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with a self-ventilated 400 V three-phase motor, ensuring a power of 5,500 W. Its characteristics mean that it does not require maintenance, thus allowing continuous use, ideally on chains production rejecting fine dust harmful to health such as wood, flour or silica dust. To enhance operator safety, it also has IP55 motor protection and is equipped with a safety valve.

This vacuum cleaner has a larger filtration system than its standard version, in fact, it provides a filtering surface of 49,000 cm², against 30,000 cm² for the classic version. To do so, it is equipped with a PTFE pocket filter, ensuring high performance over the long term. This category M 1µ filter is antistatic. In addition, the filtration system is easy to clean thanks to the unclogging by handle and the vacuum gauge to monitor the level of clogging.

In addition to its large filtering surface, the DG70EXPELF provides you with a large recovery capacity, thanks to its tank with a capacity of 100 litres. It is mounted on wheels to facilitate its movement and emptying.

This vacuum cleaner provides you with great power and robustness, thanks to its industrial design in epoxy painted steel. It is mounted on industrial quality wheels, allowing easy movement, even on uneven floors.

This model is also available in an ATEX ZONE 22 version, allowing use in areas with an explosive atmosphere.
