DEDUST 1 mobile industrial dust collector

The DEDUST 1 industrial dust collector is equipped with an electric fan which guarantees a high air flow. Thanks to this feature, the vacuum cleaner is suitable for the direct extraction of large quantities of dust in suspension present in the working environment.

The operation of the dust collector is carried out by means of a stilling chamber, that is to say a strong widening of the passage section which causes a sudden slowing down of the dust particles which are there. This reduction in speed increases the gravitational effect which causes the particles to fall into the container.

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Cat antistatic cartridge filter. M which retains particles up to 1 µ, thanks to a high filtering surface (total 100,000 cm2).

The vacuumed dust is deposited in a tank (capacity 5lt) installed on wheels, allowing rapid processing of the material.

The vacuum cleaner is supplied with a CE electrical panel for starting with 10m of neoprene cable and 16 amp plug.

The frame is entirely in epoxy powder coated steel.
