CTA interlock

This new generation of safety switches is available in 2 versions depending on whether an interlock is required or not . The 2 versions are strictly identical from a mechanical layout point of view. Of a slender design, these versions offer several directions of attack thus allowing flexibility of integration .

In its interlocked version, the CTA offers a locking force of up to 8000 N . It is backward compatible with various electromechanical products in the range. These all-metal versions are for particularly harsh environments . Based on RFID technology , this range makes it possible to reach a category 4/PLe according to the EN13849-1 standard and meets the 14119 standard .

It is possible to connect up to 20 safety switches in series.

These products are totally in line with the expectations of the factory of the future 4.0 since they can communicate with an I/O Link network and thus report a large amount of information related to the switches themselves but also on their environment.

Also note the ease of transforming a product into a solution responding to the risk of confinement by adding a simple punch button. The status of this escape release is directly linked to a signaling output.
