BOSCHERT has designed a plasma cutting machine that combines many practical advantages.

The machine has a rigid gantry, quality linear guidance and 5 CNC axes.

It is equipped with a waste container and a suction that follow the cutting head. This has the advantage of having a suction point located directly at the exit of the plasma jet. Another advantage is the recovery of small parts that do not remain on the table. They fall into this collection tray.

The industrial plasma source used is the Kjellberg-System HiFocus or Hypertherm HPR series source. The standard equipment includes two plasma torches, the automatic torch height adjustment system and the automatic mixing device.

The Kjellberg or Hypertherm source is already present at Boschert for Combicut plasma combined punching machines and has been used successfully for years, this is characterized by an excellent cost-quality ratio (benefit and impeccable cutting quality) on the precision of contours and surface edges.

An ingenious airflow combined with a high performance filter, named Smoke Free, protects air quality.

As an option, the machine can be equipped with a drilling-tapping head capable of drilling drilling diameters of up to 20 millimeters and tapping diameters from M3 to M16.
