Larger, more powerful, faster, the WFL Millturn M150 combines multifunction with precision and productivity for the manufacture of XXL parts in size and weight ( 20 Tons ).

Automatable according to the needs of the user, they integrate easily into the 4.0 concept.

The Millturn M150 is suitable for machining hard metals and for removing large volumes of chips as well as for finishing machining with maximum precision.

The range of applications is remarkably diverse: large landing gear, large crankshafts, turbine shafts, pinions, large valve blocks, etc.

Also, there are no limitations when it comes to application. Thus, in addition to heavy drilling and boring operations, many possibilities for internal machining are available

The M150 has a stroke in X of 1150 mm, in Y of 1100 mm as well as a length between centers up to 12000 mm and a passage of 1480 mm in diameter for large parts.

This massive and robust construction is combined with a proven main spindle and milling spindle (100 kW and 55 kW respectively).
