The extraordinary idea of the D30 connectors: It connects smooth tubes, profile tubes and profiles with standard grooves to each other - using the same connectors!
High elastic forces ensure the stability of the structure, and the item clamping and tensioning technique results in high anti-rotation security on smooth tubes.
To counter high moment loads, item also offers additional angle brackets.
The D30 connectors compensate tolerances very well - the cuts of tubes and profiles do not require great precision! They can be 5 mm shorter without reducing the holding force of the assembly.
In principle: no additional machining of the D30 profiles or tubes is necessary for the installation of the connecting elements!
