Unico® VCI Foam
Description
Unico® VCI foam is a 5 mm thick polyurethane foam integrated with volatile corrosion inhibitors (VCI). The foam ensures very rapid saturation of the packaging volume. Unico® VCI foam is useful when protecting metal parts from atmospheric corrosion during storage and/or transport.
Duration of protection:
The duration of protection varies, and parts will be protected from corrosion for several months to several years depending on the conditions of use and the surface condition of the parts. Long-term protection beyond 5 years is possible with precise specifications.
