We are subcontractors in:

Turning: capacity from small diameter to maxi Ø400 length 1500mm from 2 axes to 5 axes.

Milling: capacity from 500x500x500 to 3200x1600x1100 including three 5-axis machines.

Assembly: we carry out the assembly of subset of tools with the supply of elements from the shops.

We are ISO 9001 version 2015 certified.

We have an air-conditioned control room, with a ZEISS three-dimensional 1200x600 capacity.

We produce both single parts and parts in small and medium series, managed with two distinct processes.

We rely on trusted partners to achieve :

- surface treatments (Anodizing, Passivation, Burnishing, TIN, Balinit).

- heat treatments (vacuum quenching, oil quenching, nitriding, stabilization).

- the sheet metal work as well as the realization of mechanically welded .
