FACCIN GROUP, with more than 30.000 units installed around the world and three of the most recognized brands in the metal forming industry - FACCIN, BOLDRINI and ROUNDO - is a leader in the design and fabrication of the most advanced fully automatic CNC lines for rolling, bending and forming, metal sheets, profiles, and dished ends.

The Group throughout its three brands offers the widest portfolio of plate rolls, angle rolls, dished head lines and special machines serving industries worldwide such as: oil & gas, wind energy (towers / foundations / flanges / door frames), transportation & earth moving, pressure vessels, tube & pipeline, shipbuilding, metal fabrication and many others.

To bend thin sheet metal two series are available, initial pinch machines and models with urethane rolls for high production. For heavier sheet metal bending the Group provides 3-roll and 4-roll fully automated plate rolling systems. The Group’s rollers are the best solution to bend plates with thicknesses of less than 1mm to over 300mm with useful working lengths exceeding 18 meters.

Tailored innovative solutions 3 or 4-roll profile bending machines are available. Ideal to bend steel bars, tubes, pipes, and profiles with bending capacities of up to 18000cm3.

Technologically advanced dished end lines, to produce a wide variety of dished ends, composed of automatic dishing presses with manipulators and flanging machines with capacities from 2mm to over 80mm in heads thickness in cold forming and up to 100mm in hot forming and a diameter of up to 12000mm.    

Ship frame roll presses, plate straightening machines, long plate rolls, and special machines complete the wide portfolio of metal forming and rolling solutions.

To achieve greater productivity the Group supplies Siemens computer numerical controls (CNC) and innovative accessories that ensure a highly precise deformation of the metal plate increasing production capacity and forming quality.
