GERAL accompanies you, from design to commissioning with a capacity for multi-technical integration: electronics, electromechanical, design and packaging. Its high production capacity gives it the flexibility needed to carry out large-scale projects with the guarantee of a very short lead time. All the tests and qualifications are carried out in the GERAL workshops thanks to its international normative expertise.
These activities are organized around two divisions:
1. Series production:
We mass-produce both electronic boards and electrical cabinets and modules.
All of our multi-technical skills also allow us to objectively offer the best technology for the desired function.
We offer several levels of intervention to our customers: from manufacturing on subcontracting file to the re-study of the equipment for an improvement of the manufacturability and for the technological evolution.
Our main means of production are calibrated for medium series production and are managed according to the principle of industry 4.0. This interconnection of our CAD systems with the production tool allows us to reduce the transition time from design to manufacturing.
We are organized into several expert manufacturing centers in each manufacturing sequence.
2. Design/Manufacture:
We create, design, qualify, manufacture and test tailor-made electronic systems embedded in your machines and equipment.
Our "embedded" solutions, based on one or more of the proposed technologies, allow you to benefit from an optimized architecture for the complete control of your products.
Our products combine quality and technicality:
- Capital goods : crystal vision touch control, highly responsive intuitiveness and “cloud ready”
- High-performance processes : SOM modules and specialized multi-core Cortex A / DSP single boards
- Smartgrid and communication : WIFI, GPS, PLC, GPRS, 3G
- Analysis control : battery-powered products in an all-terrain case
- Industrial process : communicating ATEX rackable products with integration of pneumatic functions
