The SFE group was founded in 2019 after the merger of three world-leading OEMs in the field of tooling and tube manufacturing machinery: B&B Pipe and Industrial Tools LLC (USA), Mathey Dearman Inc. (USA), USA) and TAG Pipe Equipment Specialists (UK). More recently, the SFE Group finalized the acquisition of the Axxair Group (France).
