Our company based in the Ardennes produces forged and machined parts.

Our weight range goes from 50 grams to 5 kilograms and the usual series start from 2500 pieces: this is our competitive zone

Forging is carried out by 5 forging lines, equipped with baths for direct quenching.

Two of these lines are automated, which gives us a high level of quality and a competitive advantage.

The steels we forge are carbon steels (C22, C22-8, A 105, etc.), alloy steels, stainless steel.

50% of our production is machined in our workshops, on 16 machining centers, some equipped with robots and automated cells.

The controls commonly carried out are the measurement of hardness, resilience, the detection of cracks by magnaflux which we document on the quality certificates
