In 2019, Precision Surfacing Solutions acquired the following division from Meyer Burger: wafer systems and services business for photovoltaics and specialty materials.

Our company in Gwatt, Switzerland, has specialized for decades in the development and manufacture of machines for cutting hard and brittle materials. Our products are known for their durability, accuracy and low operating costs in daily use. Since 2019, we have been part of the Precision Surfacing Solutions group, a global leader in systems and services for grinding, lapping, polishing and lapping processes.
