Based in Bindernheim in Center Alsace, DE VINCI CONCEPTS MODULAIRES is a turnkey building builder for businesses and communities.

We have specialized for more than 20 years in an alternative method of construction: industrialized modular construction. This technique consists of prefabricating the building in several elements, off-site within our factory in Bindernheim. Once the modules have been manufactured and equipped, they are then transported to be assembled on site. This construction solution is implemented by a team of experts who combine industrial production methods and artisanal know-how.

Around fifty people from all construction trades work today for DE VINCI CONCEPTS MODULAIRES.

We carry out all types of projects, from new construction to extensions and those on a permanent or temporary basis. Our range extends from temporary construction site bungalows to architectural buildings of 4,000 m², for example nurseries, schools, changing rooms, administrative buildings but also medical centers.

Our construction technique which combines wood and steel reduces construction times by 2 to 3 times compared to traditional construction while ensuring an optimal level of quality.

We are present in the Grand Est, the Benelux and Germany.
