Mercateam is the first collaborative digital tool that allows you to monitor the skills, training and assignment of operators to different positions in the factory. Our platform, intended for operational functions, can be displayed on tablets, smartphones or touch screens and saves its users several hours per week.

European factories are investing millions in production lines, but have not taken the turn towards organizational digital transformation. Thus, they have been using the same tools to manage operators in the field for 15 years (Excel and Word). The problem is that :
