Discover the TMS

TMS is a program integrated into the TRAXX-M2 bolt tension measuring device. It controls the assembly of your turbines. The TMS allows you to organize and control the tightening of your turbines and more generally of all your assemblies made up of one or more crown or plate type subassemblies.

This tightening program makes it possible to control the assembly in tension (kN) of the turbine step by step and to support in real time the operators who carry out the assembly operation.

In short,

  • The TMS is also a long-term monitoring tool for your turbines and will allow you to carry out regular monitoring of your assemblies.
  • The graphic representation of your turbine assembly is fully configurable.
  • The TMS is bilingual, available in FR and US versions.

Tightening can be configured according to:

  • Turbine size
  • The number of screws that make it up
  • the tightening order of each screw and the number of tightening passes
  • the number of operators who perform the screw tightening operation
  • the programmed tension or elongation limits (min-nominal-maxi)
  • units of measurement (tension in kN, elongation in µm, inch or mil)
