Paticeo invests €11 million to produce 5 million madeleines per week in Derval

A subsidiary of the Roullier group, Paticeo has inaugurated the expansion of its Derval site (Loire-Atlantique) with a new shell-shaped madeleine production line. This 3,500 m² project, completed in 15 months, is part of a global investment plan of €20 million over three years. The objective: to strengthen the group's presence in supermarkets, internationally, and in the out-of-home catering sector. The ultra-automated line now produces 5 million madeleines per week. "This site embodies our ambition to become the market leader in pastry," says Camille Benoit, CEO of Paticeo, which includes Ker Cadélac, Le Guillou, and Maison Colibri.
