39 - Bel invests 10 million Euros

The Bel group will invest 10 million euros over three years in its factory in Lons-le-Saunier, in the Jura. This factory should produce the very first vegan portion on a small specialized unit. A new production line must indeed be completely dedicated to this new vegan portion, made from almonds. The recipe was finalized at the heart of the group's development center, which is based in Lons-le-Saunier. So that no trace of milk can be found, this small specialized unit will be installed in an area that was previously dedicated to storage. This investment should enable the creation of 20 jobs by the first half of 2022.
