Mario Fernando Group keeps growing!

We are proud to announce that a new step in our growth is ongoing! 

Three years ago, we moved the components production department from the old Plant2 to the first floor of a brand new and three times bigger plant. Until the end of 2022 the first floor of the new plant proved to be enough to secure the increasing business volume. But our Management sensed that further growth was to be expected! 

Therefore, at the end of 2022, the brand new Trumpf TruLaser Cell 7040 was bought and installed, and the second floor gradually started to see people and components moving around. Apart from this equipment, the second floor was empty and ready for the new adventure that started in the late spring of 2023. 

Mario Fernando Group completed the buyout of the business of a historical subcontractor. This investment brought in new Customers and new machines and the layout of the whole building had to be redesigned. This was the birth of what we today refer to as Plant3! 

Pits for the new presses were dig before the summer shutdown and once ready 6 new mechanical presses (100T to 350T) were installed, along with 6 new hydraulic presses (63T to 600T). When the presses were ready, other machines and equipment were transferred and installed. To name a few, Plant3 was populated with one edge banding machine, one notching machine, one bending machine, 3 manual welding equipment and 3 other welding stations. 

Thanks to this new Plant3, Mario Fernando Group has not only secured enough installed capacity to fully satisfy current business but can now rely on extra capacity which will allow the Company to acquire more business and continue growing.
