A new factory for Cellulopack

The high-density molded cellulose specialist is investing 5 million euros to meet demand. Based in Castelsarrasin (Tarn-et-Garonne) since its creation in 2013, Cellulopack has just launched the construction of a second factory about twenty kilometers away, in Campsas. Specializing in high-density molded cellulose, virgin or recycled pulp packaging, the company is driven by the ecological transition and the search for alternatives to plastics, as well as by the inflation of transport costs, which makes Chinese production much less competitive. Cellulopack thus manufactures three main product lines: cup holders for takeaway sales, heat-sealed trays, Restokcompost for catering and plans to develop trays for fruit and vegetables.
