Metalball launches new assembly line

Created in 2004 in Grisolles (82), the Metalball company, specialized in the production of ball screws (metal and ceramic) dedicated to heavy industry, is investing nearly 1.1 million euros in a new production line. The objective: to obtain new approval to become the official supplier of the most demanding clients on the market and thus compete with the Americans, the current leaders. The investment will be used to finance extension work on the existing building, to purchase six honing machines as well as a NITAL control line and an ultrasonic cleaning station. Its commissioning in 2025 should enable the company to meet demand and provide equipment with high added value in terms of quality and expects a 40% increase in its turnover within three years.
