Giffard: a new production site for liqueurs with and without alcohol

As the 5th generation of the Giffard family takes the reins of the company, a new industrial era is dawning for the Angevin liquor maker. With an investment of 27 million euros, the company is launching a major project on its Saint-Léger-de-Linières site, near Angers. This initiative marks the start of a new phase for this specialist in liqueurs and syrups, which also responds to the growing demand for alcohol-free alternatives. In 2017, the company had already established a syrup factory and logistics center at this site, with impressive results: a significant increase in sales from 5 to 11 million bottles, growth in turnover from 20 to 47 million euros and a doubling of the workforce, from 70 to 140 employees. Today, 70% of production is exported to 90 countries.
