Clarins inaugurates its new factory near Troyes: an ambitious project with 300 jobs at stake
Launched in February 2023 in Sainte-Savine, near Troyes, the new Clarins factory opened a first production line at the end of the year, with a ramp-up planned for the coming months. This 35,000 m² site, built in record time on a 13.5-hectare plot, currently employs around fifty people, but should eventually reach 300 employees. Representing an investment of 135 million euros, this factory is the group's second French site, designed to double production in response to the saturation of the Pontoise site. Clarins, 93% of whose products are manufactured in France, is thus strengthening its commitment to made in France and short supply chains. With 95% of its production exported to 150 countries, the rapidly growing group is also helping to boost local employment while asserting its international influence.
