FA - Protector for milling machine

The FA protection device is directly attached to your milling machine to protect the operator from the rotating chuck, from the projections of parts, shavings or oils.

Thanks to the large transparent screen made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, you have a clear view of the workpiece.
The optional LED lamp illuminates your room optimally.

The long, two-piece arm allows the height and depth of the guard to be adjusted to your working position.
Left or right fixing of the dome.
No counterweight (if necessary, choose the FAB model which has a gas spring).

The dome is equipped with a handle to rotate the protector laterally by 180°.
The FA protector is equipped with 2 IP67 safety microswitches to stop the milling machine when the screen is open.

How to calculate the dome diameter:
dome diameter = open jaw chuck diameter + 150 mm
Possible dome diameter (mm): 300 - 350 - 400 - 450 - 500 - 600 - Flat screen (600x400x100)

Possible option: 20W LED lamp (5W for the flat screen)
