GILL sensor: ferrous debris in oil detector

The 4212 Gill Sensor with display is an intelligent and easy to install oil condition sensor . It allows oil analysis in real time by capturing ferrous debris. It is able to differentiate between fine and coarse particles, enabling failure analysis. The sensor can be added upstream of the vibration analysis without an OnLine system.

Solid-state induction technology allows the amount and extent of debris buildup to be determined with great precision.

It has three independent output channels: the first indicates the accumulation of fine debris, the second the presence of coarse particles and the third the condition of the oil or its temperature.

This sensor features a bright display that eliminates the need for any specialized data analysis training.
