ECOPLAST - Technical parts and sub-assemblies
ALLRIM, one of the players in the development in France of “PUR” polyurethane molding technology by reactive “RIM” injection, has been manufacturing technical parts ranging from a few grams to several kilos since 1984. ECOPLAST technology is suitable for the production of small and medium series with reduced tooling costs compared to plastic injection.
The characteristics provided by the chemical crosslinking of PUR make them similar in nuance to usual plastic materials such as ABS, Polyamide, Polycarbonate. The degree of finishing accessible with PUR duromers makes it possible to produce both simple technical parts and aesthetically pleasing parts with surface graining. ALLRIM assembles sub-assemblies of parts and elements by screwing or gluing to facilitate assembly by the equipment manufacturer.
Typical applications include:
-Coverings and technical parts for medical devices;
-Electrical and electronic boxes
-Facades and vents of acoustic enclosures
-Spoilers, bumpers, hubcaps, headlight surrounds for cars and recreational vehicles
Manufacturing its own materials, ALLRIM is able to offer foamed structures with rigid sandwich-type skins, UL 94 V0 approved or highly impact-resistant materials comparable to ABS for applications requiring lightness and rigidity.

And since 2021, a reduction in the carbon footprint of technical parts through the use of raw materials of biosourced origin.
