FRAME

Our frames are made of steel with standard paint (RAL according to your criteria). The frames will be adjusted according to the configuration required by your project (1,2,3… compressors).

EXCHANGER (EVAPORATOR)

The production of chilled water is carried out using a plate exchanger ( 316L stainless steel plates ) , insulated ( 25mm) with mechanical protection . The exchangers are designed for applications with a water temperature of +5/+11° C . For any installation with a specific temperature , the Paumier engineering department will confirm your input data .

REGULATION

The electrical cabinet is responsible for supplying the group and regulating its power . The motors and instrumentation are connected to the electrical cabinet to avoid an interface during assembly on site . If necessary , the electrical cabinet can be separated from the skid . As an option , the air conditioning unit can be managed by a PLC , using a touch screen to allow monitoring and parameter adjustments .

INSTRUMENTATION

All of our instrumentation is assembled on a removable panel and connected to a set of ¼” tinted flexible pipes .

TEST

Operating pressure 8/21 bar. Each exchanger undergoes a dry nitrogen leak test . The equipment is preserved under nitrogen before commissioning . _ _
