Description

Effective protection against damage during manufacturing, cleaning, storage and transport – this is what surface protection nets , net protection caps and protection mats from norelem offer. The flexible and reusable protective nets made of polyethylene, polypropylene or polyamide adapt easily to each component. They are resistant to permanent deformation and can therefore be reused even with components of a different shape – even in medical technology. The threads are simply slipped over the components without any tools and do not need to be removed for cleaning or disinfection.

Thanks to norelem surface protection nets, net protection caps and protective mats, even products and components with a fragile surface can be stacked easily and space-saving. Protective nets without heavy metals or plasticizers are insensitive to many solvents, acids, oils and greases. They can therefore be cleaned quickly and easily with common cleaning products. The structure of the net allows air to circulate, which prevents the accumulation of moisture and at the same time allows the protected products to be clearly identified.

Surface protection nets

Whether light and fragile furniture legs, heavy trees with a very fragile surface or CNC tools with sharp edges , the highly elastic and tear-resistant polyethylene surface protection nets are a perfect protection during transport, storage and assembly. The threads are simply slipped onto the component without being attached and are just as easy to remove. norelem surface protection nets are available in four different load ratings and colors, with diameters ranging from 7 mm to 600 mm, in roll form.
