Screw-on pneumatic lever clamping cylinder with flange
Pneumatic screw-on lever clamping cylinders with flange are used in applications where low clamping forces are sufficient, or where clearance is required to place or remove the workpiece.
Their shape allows space-saving assembly. The swivel clamp cylinder can be adjusted in height using the threaded connection and is suitable for flush mounting in the device.
Due to the double-acting function of the clamping cylinder, the piston is moved down and up using pressure.
Lever clamping cylinders can be used to clamp low profile workpieces.
The lever clamping cylinder must not be hindered in its lever movement. F1 = for max. permitted operating pressure. of 7 bars.
Compared to swing clamp cylinders, lever clamp cylinders of the same size can generate greater clamping forces due to their lever mechanism.
Material: Aluminum base body.
Steel piston. Finish: Black anodized base body.
Hard chrome piston. The screw-in lever clamp with flange can be secured from above or below using a slotted nut DIN 70852 (07590-05). Another possibility would be to attach the lever clamp cylinder to the device from above using four CHC screws.
The position of the clamp arm can be customized.
The swing clamp cylinder should only be used with lubricated air.
The flange mounting holes have the same dimensions as those of the 05610-20 threaded flange.
Lock nuts are not included in delivery. Accessories: 07590-05 DIN 70852 slotted nut.
