Ball Joint Plastic Hinged Flange
The articulated flanges are provided with teeth and can therefore pivot in steps of 15° over 180°. The flanges have a 360° swivel connection plate at the ball joint, providing even more freedom for adjustment. Components such as sensors, reflectors and other elements can be attached and adjusted there separately. A suitable solution for components that need to be aligned precisely and readjusted frequently. The swivel angle of the connection plate is 60°.

Thermoplastic.
Cylindrical head screw DIN 7984 and hexagonal nut DIN 985, steel.
Finishing :
Black.
Zinc-plated pan head screw and hex nut.
Note:
Can be combined with other 18 mm size flanges.
To clamp smaller tubes or to go from round tubes to square tubes, you will use a reducer. The special surface coating of the ball joint ensures very durable clamping.
Max torque for tightening the fixing screws: M6: 8 Nm. M8: 25 Nm. The data relating to forces and torques are non-binding indicative values, which cannot be achieved in certain cases due to different conditions of use , like e.g. the temperature or the surface condition of the profiles to be tightened.
