ACF France sandblasting containers are complete units which allow you to carry out all types of surface treatment work: airblasting, sandblasting, shot blasting and microblasting. Our sandblasting containers are very easy to use and can be installed indoors or outdoors and are available in two sizes: 6 or 12 meters.
Equipped with a 130L adjustable pressure sandblaster, the ACF sandblasting container offers you great autonomy for stripping all of your parts.
Our sandblasting enclosures are designed to facilitate the work of operators while ensuring their comfort and safety.
Different options are available to facilitate sandblasting operations and guarantee optimal quality of work.
- The articulated crane option allows heavy loads up to 250kg to be lifted and the operator is spared from handling these parts.
- The suction option with cyclonic extension allows the abrasive to be recovered and recycled, which in addition to being an economical solution, facilitates the work of the operator who will not have to recover the abrasive by hand to reload it. in the machine. This option has a scraper sensor to suck up the abrasive, remove dust and automatically re-integrate it into the sandblaster with adjustable pressure.
ACF FRANCE sandblasting containers offer a secure and waterproof stripping area equipped with a 130L sandblaster, personal protective equipment for the operator, access via double door + side door, an electrical panel with management automation as well as a dust collector.
