The sandblaster is loaded with abrasive and supplied with compressed air. The electric vacuum cleaner is plugged in and turned on. The tip of the sandblasting lance is inserted into the brush holder attached to the end of the suction pipe. The brush is applied against the surface to be stripped. Upon impact against the support, the abrasive projections are immediately sucked up to be collected in a cyclonic tank. The operator, thanks to the remote control originally fitted to the sandblaster, can stop or start sandblasting at any time from his workstation. There is no need to use headphones. A visor is enough. The suction power allows you to work with 3 or 4 mm sandblasting nozzles and the choice of abrasive depends on the surface to be cleaned. Under certain conditions, recycling of the abrasive can be carried out. When using corundum, boron carbide nozzles are recommended.
