Setting up the Toolkit takes just a few minutes and using the system is then intuitive and does not require prior knowledge or technical skills.
The system can be easily installed on your existing machine, as it is completely independent of the cloud and machine control.
If you still want to use the data in the cloud or in your own database, it is also possible to make the data available via the MQTT protocol. In addition, it can be versatilely adapted to individual needs through the use of Docker technology.

Flexible data recording via IO-Link
The flexible condition monitoring system allows connection of all kinds of IO-Link compatible sensors. From vibration sensors to pressure sensors to temperature sensors, everything can be connected to the base unit, even if the manufacturer is different. In addition, the connection is not limited to a single sensor, it is possible to connect up to four sensors to the Base. This enables flexible data collection on the one hand, and extremely precise data recording on the other hand, because a large number of sensors can generate condition monitoring data.

Reliable data evaluation with remote monitoring
The software already installed on the base unit is used to set and monitor the threshold values. They can be configured individually, depending on the concrete requirements of a given machine. The defined reference values act as limit values - if they are exceeded, a warning message is issued. This way you can ensure that your production always runs as planned.
The Condition Monitoring Toolkit allows you to perform remote condition monitoring by integrating it into your company network. At any time, it is therefore possible to access the data recorded on your machines from anywhere.
