The AXO 1600 (formerly SM12) consists of several elements:
- two easels (the rear leg of which can be removed)
- an axis with centralizers so it moves easily.
For drums
- diameter 600 to 1,800 mm
- maximum width 1,100 mm

6 ton hydraulic jack stands
The AXO6000 is intended for rolling out large drums, on site or in the workshop.
It is composed of 2 candles and an axis with centralizers.
Smooth operation: the axis rests on 2 ball bearings on each side.
Easy to move by tilting, thanks to the handle, on 2 wheels diameter 180 mm.
Lifting ring.
2 hydraulic cylinders with foot pump.
Removable shoe (10 positions) to facilitate climbing.
Axis locking system to prevent ejection of the reel.
Once fixed to the ground, the AXO6000 can therefore be used in front of a winding machine.
For drum:
- diameter 750 to 2700 mm
- maximum width 1450mm
- maximum weight 6 tonnes.
Axle Ø 76 mm.
In epoxy powder coated steel.

AXO 10 TONS
The AXO 10 TONNES is intended for rolling out large drums, on site or in the workshop.
The range includes 4 models which differ according to:
- the maximum diameter of the reel: 2200mm or 3200mm
- the maximum width of the reel to be unrolled: 1350mm or 1900mM
- the bearings which support the axis; with or without ball bearings
Levels:
With bearings: ideal for manual pulling at low speed.
The process is very smooth.
Without bearings: ideal for motorized pulling (winding machine, winch).
The plain bearing exerts a natural brake which reduces the inertia of the reel at the end of the unwinding.
The bearings are removable, but hung by a chain to avoid losing them.
Axis:
Diameter 76mm
Delivered with 2 flat centerers, which prevent the drum from sliding to one side.
Lifting the reel:
By hydraulic cylinder with foot pump.
Lifting is very quick thanks to the removable bearings:
- we introduce the axis into the reel
- we position the bearings just under the axis (7 positions for the EAX10-22,
13 positions for EAX10-32)
- a few centimeters of lifting are enough to lift the reel off the ground and be able to unroll it.
Shift :
The jack stands are easy to move by tilting, using the horizontal bar, on 2 wheels Ø 160mm.
Use in front of a winding machine
Fixing to the ground is mandatory.
Each reference is composed of 2 candles + 2 bearings + 1 axis + 2 centralizers.
All accessories (bearings, axes, centralizers) are also sold separately.
